The IB English Success Pathway
A 6-week high impact programme that covers all the key IB DP English components:
- Paper 1
- Paper 2
- Individual Oral
- Higher Level Essay (HL only - SL alternative focuses on core skills)
- 4 x targeted lessons (60 minutes each) per week
- One-to-one or small group (maximum 4 students)
- Authentic IB extracts, exemplar essays and examiner-aligned feedback
- Optional between-lesson support on short practice tasks.

EAL: Academic English for School Success
(for secondary, IB and GCSE/A-Level students)
A 6-week structured programme designed specifically for students who use English as an additional language.
We build the academic language needed to read, think, discuss and write with clarity – so students can express complex ideas, not just basic responses.
Sessions focus on vocabulary development, grammar accuracy, fluency, academic phrasing, listening and speaking confidence – always connected directly to school tasks and expectations.
Best for: students who understand the material but struggle to express ideas clearly in English, or who need more fluency and precision to meet curriculum demands.
Minimum commitment: 6 weeks
UK Curriculum: GCSE, A-Level English & Home-School
A structured 6-week programme building the core skills that make English make sense – close reading, critical thinking, argument, structure, and clear academic writing.
This is suitable for both students in school and home educated students.
Sessions can either:
• top up existing school learning after class, or
• provide core English provision for home educating families who want clarity, consistency and expert guidance.
Students learn the “how” behind essays – not just memorise content.
Best for: Year 7 – 13 students who need a clearer method for planning, writing, and expressing their ideas with confidence.

University Application Coaching
Strong university applications begin with clear, confident writing.I help students craft UCAS personal statements, US college essays, and motivation letters that reflect individuality and academic maturity.
Students I have supported have gone on to study at leading universities in the UK, Europe and the US. Parents often tell me this was the support that finally helped their child express who they are and stand out.
Sessions can also include interview preparation and academic communication support.
